Nature of the Site

Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice, a binding offer of services, or a representation regarding the outcome of any engagement.

The Site does not constitute a portal for the delivery of consulting services. Access to the Site does not create any client relationship between the user and SoftCloud API. A client relationship is established only through a separate written engagement agreement.

You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes related to your interest in the services described. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site without prior written permission from SoftCloud API
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect content from the Site in bulk
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Site
• Transmit to the Site any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of third parties

The SoftCloud API name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in connection with any product or service other than those of SoftCloud API.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require a different forum.

SoftCloud API reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
